VK5TRM Echolink Node

Thanks to Robert, VK5TRM, local members and anyone passing through the Riverland now have access to Echolink.

Just tune into the local repeater on 147.925 (Negative offset), to use the system.

It is courtesy to announce your callsign and say that you are up-linking before you make any connections to other nodes. e.g. “This is VK5FDJM up-linking”.

Then enter the node number you wish to connect to using the DTMF keypad on your mic or you can even use your mobile phone.

Press “#” to disconnect from the connected node when you are finished.
